"The Birds" and "Dial M for Murder" are good Hitchcock films. Other good classic horror movies are "Dracula", "Frankenstein", "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", and "Freaks", which are all from the 1930s. "The Body Snatcher" should be on any classic horror film list, as well as "The Fall of the House of Usher."

Any of Hitchcock movies are good movies to buy. Also "M" is a very good movie. It stars Peter Lorre and is a silent movie. "A Gunfight" with Kirk Douglas is good. I also like "The Strange Loves of Matha Ivers" starring Kirk Douglas and Barbara Stanwyck.
