What are the best arm exercises?

I would like a list of arm exercise for women.

For men or women, nothing beats pull-ups (assisted with exercise bands if needed) and the shoulder press. Yes, these target more than just the arms, but no isolation exercise will target them as well as these two compound exercises.

Bicep and tricep curls are great for toning. For underarm flab, tricep extensions are perfect eliminating loose skin. forearm curls are also good to tighten hard areas.

It depends on what your goal is. I am goin to assume your goal is to tone your arms. Great workouts for the arms include, Tricep extenshion, tricep kickbacks, Bicep isolated curls, and pull ups with your fingers towards your face(assisted if you can do them yourself).

I believe there are two best arm exercises for women - the pushup, and the tricep dip. These two exerises are great, especially for women, because you do not need weights in order to do them, so you able to tone up without building bulk. Build up slowly, starting with 3 sets of three.
