Should I be concerned about my two year old who has developed pumps on his arm?

My two year old has bumps on his arm.

If they are small and localized it is probably just a contact rash. If they spread or become larger than a pencil eraser then you need to seek a doctor's attention immediately as it could be signs of a severe allergic reaction.

This may be developing from certain bug bitings or out of certain fungal reactions and it can be treated by applying certain anti-fungal creams.
