What can be the cause of an unusual pain in my right arm?

I am having unusual right arm pain.

Answer by  SARAAN (46)

The pain in the arm might be due to the tendon soreness which attaches the muscle to the bone. The work which involves raising of hands leads to soreness of tendons and pain in the arms. And it might also be due to the formation or storage of a sac of fluid under the highest form of shoulder.

Pain in your right arm may stem from several things. First you may have a pulled muscle. Try icing the area for 10 minutes at a time with 20 minute rest intervals. An anti inflamatory like ibprofin may also help aliviate some swelling. Another cause could be a pinched nerve. In my experiance with this massage works really well.
