Since it is your mother, what if your centerpiece had flowers, but among the flowers, you put photos of her with you and other family members.

You could get pictures of your mom when she was 10, 20, 30, and 40 and place them in a semi-circle. You can then place a bouquet in the middle.

Think about what your mother likes, if she likes food then go for an edible arrangement. Is she into movies maybe make a college of photos of her favorite actors.

If she is working, she will go to office, other collegues are give her bouques and wish her birthday. she is really impressed and Memorable always. she is a home maker, you will wish the days born(starting that day midnight 12am). give a cake and told cut it. ask her to give your blessigs me.
