Hold your baby and support his neck softly by your hand. Try to put your nipples inside his mouth, if you baby is unable to position his lips for sucking. Make sure his lips are puckered and mouth wide open.Ensure you wear loose clothes while feeding. Use inners especially designed for lactating mothers

Make sure to eat healthy to promote the proper nutrients and flow. A warm wash cloth right before feeding also helps increase flow and comfort for both mom and baby.
