One strategy is to drink a lot of fluids, especially water. Drink lots and lots. Another strategy is to exercise as much as you can. Then drink more water. The only way to get medicine out of your body is to flush it out of your system. Drinking helps do this.

Some medications are metabolized and stored in your body fat while others simply run their course through your bloodstream and are removed via sweat, urine, and feces. Medications that store themselves in your body fat aren't easily removed by any means and you must wait out their half-life. Others can be flushed with exercise and lots of liquid.

Drinking lots of water is usually the best way to flush out your system of SOME medicines. It all depends on the type of medicines that you're taking. All medicines affect people differently, so the best way to getting medicines out of your system would be to slowly take less and less of them, so eventually none are needed.

One of the most important ways to cleanse your system it to drink a lot of water. I would also advise drinking a mixture of water and Essiac, a tea made from a number of cleansing plants. It is made from an old Ojibway Indian formula and is an excellent detoxifier.

You could go to the emergency room of a hospital and get your stomach pumped. If you throw up you could hurt organs by bring up the pills again. If you are not in any danger, let it run its course. They should be out of your system within 24 hrs.
