At four years, separation anxiety is a problem. This is especially true at daycare or school. They also may try to test their independence in unsafe ways.

Some problems that I have found in a four year old are behavior issues (tantrums, crying, etc). Some may even fight with other children. There may also be problems with getting them to eat properly and including the needed vegetables, dairy and fruits. Another issue may be complete potty training, without any accidents.

A major problem with four year olds are simply temper tantrums. Each child deals with their anger in different ways and you need to learn how to control their temper while being firm.
