What are standard math problems in biochemistry?

I need an understanding of math problems in biochemistry.

Common problems include asking how much catalyst is required for a reaction, how much of an end product is created by a reaction, and how much byproduct is created. Other questions include how much energy is released by a chemical reaction or needed (in the form of heat) to start the reaction.

Some standard math problems in biochemistry would be statistical analysis of such things as all the cells in the body. As there are a ton, it is necessary to create some sort of baseline.
