Anything produced in the 1970's from Japan are terrific Kung Fu movies - Jackie Chan is alright if you want standard run-of-the-mill movie stunts from him. The 1970's where a classic year for kungfu films.
I love Kung Fu movies and there is a lot of really good ones. My favorite is the Tulsa ninja, it stars one of the guys from flight of the Concords and has awesome fight musical scenes. Then you have your classic movies with Bruce and Jet lee
