POst it on a marquee in your town.. usually they are found on theaters.. car wash signs.. restauranut signs, etc. does she have a favorite place to eat, shop? call ahead and have her b'day put up on their outside sign!
My sister and I did this for my father when he turned 80. We called the city and they had a proclamation of Joe Doe Day. The city gave us a certificate and it was announced at the city council meeting. He was really surprised and the city was willing to do this.
