What are some good wireless internet signal boosters?

I can give you a list of manufacturers whose wifi signal boosting technology I trust to be dependable and whose products are well made. Try Net Gear, LinxSys, Airlink, or Hawkins Technologies. Also, Belkin makes a decent wifi signal booster/range enhancer, but I'm not sure of the exact model number.

Linksys makes a fairly good range extender which plugs in to a wall outlet and relays the signal from the router. It is useful in buildings where the signal is blocked by obstructions, however, it requires that you have ownership of the router and internet connection being used.

If you need a good router, usually Linksys, Netgear and Belkin will do the trick to ensure a strong signal. Some of the good boosters are Linksys WSB24 Booster and the Hawking technologies booster.

To boost your wireless signal you could try to remove any metal objects between the wireless router and your computer.
