First off, test the water, try and get some eye contact or small talk about whatever junk you two have in common. Assuming you think she digs you back play to your strengths, if you're smart be witty and urbane, if you're not go for the silent type appeal.

First by asking her go on date with me.Second by giving her some special gift which she wanted to have in past.Third by simply saying i love you or i like you.Fourth by talking her in such a way that she easily know about my likes or dislikes.

Ask questions about things you know she likes. Ask her for help with something you know she knows about. Show her something you think she will enjoy. My friend and I became best friends for life when he asked, "Why did you enjoy that speech when everyone else is complaining about it?"

Give her genuine compliments, such as that she's fun to be around, that she's got good taste in films or music, things like that. Of course, compliment her on her looks as well, say she looks pretty and so on, but it's equally important to mention things that relate to her personality.
