What are some good facial exercises?

I need to build "smile stamina" for the stage.

Qi Gong exercises are said to tone and shape your face. These exercises are supposed to make your skin supple. At the same time, however, it is said that some facial exercises (due to their repetitive movements) can actually cause fine lines and wrinkles. It can be a fine line to walk.

First start smiling at people you see lips only. Then smile really wide with teeth bared hold 5 seconds roll lips over teeth for 5 seconds, do 5 times daily.

I think if you need to build a smile stamina for the stage simple thing is needed. You don't need to smile in front of the mirror all the time, you don't need a mirror at all just talk casually with people. greet them with smile and talk to them all the time with a smile plastered on your face.
