What are some good exercises to tone the muscles of the inner thighs?

I want to get a jump on bathing suit season.

The best way to tone the muscles of your inner thighs is to start climbing stairs. This is a simple exercise that you can do anywhere you find stairs to climb. It does not have to be on a stairclimbing machine at the gym. You can climb stairs in buildings for free. This will strengthen up your thigh muscles quickly.

Try focusing on toning up the entire leg. Some good exercises would be: leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, squats, stiff-leg dead-lifts and the hip adduction and abduction machine.

Pilates leg exercises are amazing but keep in mind that each body is different so and will loose fat in different places. It is important to have a balanced diet.

The best way to tone up your inner thigh muscles is to run up stairs quickly. You can do this in a building with multiple floors. The advantage is that this is free and excellent exercise for thigh muscles and increasing your endurance. Even running up stairs up and down one flight will be beneficial

I would recommend searching out a few palates DVDs and books there are hundreds or excercies that will ehlpm you get that beachbody. Even Youtube could help you with this. It is very hard to explain exercises without having pictures and videos. The ski position would be a good start to get you going and star jumps and burpees

there is a great machine at most gyms, that have you push in on a weight with your thigh muscles. You sit in the chair and squeeze. Or if you are at home and want to do somehitng, you can lay on your side and lift your top leg, bringing it up and down.

You should focus on legs as a whole, not just inner thights. Do squats, leg press, hack squats, lunges. Get a gym pass and all of the equipment needed will be provided. You can go online and look at workout routines for free instead of hiring a trainer.

The best exercise to tone up thigh muscles is stair climbing. It is also good for increasing your aerobic capacity. Stair climbing is free whenever you find stairs that you can go up and down. It is also good for building up slowly ( once up and down 1st day, twice up on second, etc )
