There are a number of easy exercises that are excellent fat burners, which are not time consuming. Though common suggestions, walking & jogging are extremely effective. Not only do you burn a lot of calories & fat, they are also easily incorporated into daily activities. Another easy & fun way to burn fat is to play a sport.

The easiest exercise is walking in stairs with a proper breathing.It will not only burn fat but make the muscles and bones stronger.It can also shape the muscles that are involved when walking.
