What are some good exercise routines?

I'm not trying to lose weight--just maintain.

Do strength training with low weight and do 5-6 sets with 15-18 reps each. This will tone your muscles instead of adding mass and also give you a good workout

There are so many good exercise routines available to whoever wants to learn how to workout. In my opinion, crossfit is one of the best exercise routines available to everyone from the competitive athlete to the middle aged person who has not worked out in years. Crossfit comprises cardiovascular and strength training in the same routine.
