I want an exercise routine that will make it easy to lose weight.

The best and the cheapest exercise routine to lose weight is simply walking. In the winter you can do this indoors like at the local school or mall if you don't like the cold. In the summer the roadside and the parks are both available to you and provide entertainment while you walk. Friends can come with for more fun.

I have a personal trainer that i can only afford once a week!! He gave me a routine to follow and you should lose weight! Its to ride a stationary bike for more than 40 minutes all 5 days and eat right and light!

Get on a walking plan, start off walking 2 miles a day at 3. 0 miles per hour, add in 1 minute of a time of 3. 5 and off you go!
