There are many adjectives that describe a person. They are honest, loving, lovable, sincere, jovial, pious, God fearing, upright, truthful, magnanimous, benevolent, flexible, friendly, studious, hard working, trustworthy, artistic, approachable, worthy of praise, imaginative, anxious, curious, ardent, enthusiastic, obedient, respectful, decent, beautiful, handsome, fragile, tender hearted, calm, quiet, caring, dear, elegant, homely, independent, majestic, noble etc.

You might describe a person physically: obese, paper-thin, hairy, beautiful, well-dressed,or naked. Or describe their character: honest, wholesome, trustworthy, loyal, kind, nasty, curious.
