How would you describe the perfect spouse?

I want to know if what I'm looking for are good things, and if my idea of perfection is out of line.

The perfect spouse would take on the image of christ. To love, and be loved, to he as honest as one can be. And be willing to ask for forgivness and ask for help. Most important-grow together and not give up on the marriage!

The prefect spouse is the man or woman that will complete you, someone that will be there for you and help you through the hard times. A perfect spouse will understand your bad days, love you when you are difficult, and when you are kind, he or she is someone that completes you.

It depends on who you are and what your needs are. Every person is unique and you are unique. You need to find somebody who is a perfect fit to your personality. If you are too much of a perfectionist then it would be hard to find somebody. You need to have an open heard and an open mind.

A perfect spouse, aside from anything else, will be a good communicator and will respect you. If you can find someone with these two traits, pretty much everything else will fall into place.

The perfect spouse should should know the partner thoroughly- the likes, dislikes, present and the past. But don't speak about the unpleasant past. Love the person as they are.
