Is John Edwards, the medium, a good or bad person for exploiting the dead?

I don't think Edwards is exploiting anyone, he's using a talent to bring peace and comfort to those people who are still here. Edwards offers a service to those who want it. It's no different than seeking assurance from clergy; it's all about accepting lose and moving on in life.

This is all about how you yourself feel. In many cases the dead are contacting him asking him for help. So he is risking others thinking he is crazy to help these spirits.
