You can stop eating junk food. Start eating veggies instead of chips. Drink diet cola instead of regular cola. Then drink water instead of diet cola. Walk instead of driving or take the stairs instead of the elevator. Don't eat after 6pm and don't lay down and sleep after eating. Small steps will help.
Here is the list. Skip Soda, avoid sugar from coffee, have dinner before 7 PM and include lots of oats, fruits and vegetables to your diet. Dont forget the water.
