Does running help you lose weight?

I would like to lose weight by running.

Running burns calories and these extra calories are produced by burning extra fat and glucose stores. So running does help reduce weight.

Running with a slow speed and regularly will definitely lose your weight. Please run when your stomach is empty early in the morning and do not eat anything after running.

Any cardiovascular exercise, such as running, will help you to lose weight. It will not work long-term if you do not also watch your diet, however.

Combined with diet modification, aerobic exercise (anything that gets your heart rate up above normal levels) will help to burn fat, resulting in weight loss.
