2 cups leftover chicken
1 egg
4 ounces bread crumbs
2 tbspoons parsley
Flour
Sunflower oil
Put chicken, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs in food processor-chop fine. Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 small balls and lightly flatten, toss in a little flour. Fry in sunflower oil until golden.
