Make this recipe a few ways. Take chicken pieces and dip in plain yogurt then roll in bread crumbs. An alternative is to use egg to dip it in. You can add mustard, any kind you like from yellow to spicy, to the egg for flavor then roll in crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes in a 425 degree oven.

One thing I remember my mom making with Progresso bread crumbs were delicious pork chops. She would mix some egg and milk together in a bowl, place the pork chop in there for a minute of so. Then she would coat it on both sides with progresso italian style bread crumbs. Then fry them up.
