Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 8x4 inch loaf pan. In a bowl sift 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. In another bowl mash 4 ripe bananas. Stir in 2 eggs and 2/3 cup white sugar. Stir in flour mixture till just combined. Fold in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake 55-65 minutes.

You can make it with sugar, butter, eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla and nuts. The bread won't rise as high as a bread, but it will still taste great. You can also add raisins, dried cranberries or chocolate small bits.

This space isn't sufficient to send along an entire recipe with instructions. Search online for a recipe. You can substitute baking powder for baking soda. Use three times as much baking powder (1 tsp baking soda = 3 tsp baking powder). The recipe will be slightly different if you substitute, but that's not a bad thing.
