One point is behind both shoulders. Between the shoulder blades,surrounding the spine. In the muscle group running from the arm pit to the back. Where the rib's bottom runs across the back, on either side of the spine. The lowest point is below the pelvis line. The main pressure point is the space between the neck and shoulder blades.

The first back massage pressure point is, right at the top of the back,second is found between the shoulder blades,third back is found on both sides of the spine,fourth is found on the muscles,fifth one is found below the arm pits,fifth one is at the back of both the shoulders.
