You cannot get pet medications unless you're a vet so you will have to go to your vet to get your dog medication.

No person should go out an just buy and give a dog an antibiotic for an infection. The type, location, and severity all determine what medication is right for your pet. There is no "set" medication cure all because some infections do not respond to certain medications

Take your dog to the vet and see what is wrong with him. Your vet should be able to give the right one, do not try to use your own.
