Seals are the number one predators of penguins. Oftentimes when there are holes in the ice, seals lurk just below the hole waiting to catch penguins when they dive in for food.
Seals and whales (orcas especially) both hunt and eat penguins, as do polar bears when they're in a shared environment. Humans are another enemy, as we often damage their environment.
