The words natural fabric means it came from nature therefore it has to come from a plant or an animal. Cotton comes from a plant. Wool is from a sheep.
A natural fabric is one that needs not to be altered by mankind. All things in nature must come from some source mostly we do use plant and animals. But that is consider natural because god made it.
