There is no sound on torrent file, what should I do?

If its a movie you may not have the right codecs installed. if its a game the sound may be ripped out to save on file size. Redownload

The torrent file is actually just a link to the main file. You need to download the actual file using a torrent client such as utorrent. Once you download the actual file, then you can see the video/hear the sound. If there is no sound, then you may need to install audio drivers (or try vlc media player).

The torrent you have downloaded may have sound in a format you can't play, meaning you will need an updated codex. Other other option is to download another torrent of the same content that has been encoded differently.

You should check if you have the correct codexs to your media player software. if not, you can download codex from verious web sites for free and install them.
