You should have a bit torrent ftp/http client downloader installed on your computer. It is available free of cost and after installation open the torrent file with the torrent client and you can start downloading your desired files. Common bit torrent client downloader are bitcomet and utorrent. All use the same procedures.

you should need a torrent client software to open torrent files. similar softwares are bittorrent,utorrent etc. The torrent file simply contains only the information about the data to be trassffered (upload or download).
