You need to decide if you want him enough to put up with him dating other women. Keep in mind that if you marry him, his pattern will probably continue where he will see other women even after marriage. I would recommend you drop him and find someone better. There are other fish in the sea.

Dump him. There are plenty of guys out there who are just as exciting, cool, funny, (whatever it is that attracts you to him) that don't cheat or stray.
