I would stay away from a weighted hula hoop if I was you because of the stress it would put on your spine. Being forced to move side to side with-weight-could-result-in-injury-of-your-spine-or-back.

I wouldn't recommend starting out with a weighted hula hoop. Like with all fitness workouts you don't want to rush into anything with out building up your core muscles, which means start out slow and work your way up to the weighted hula hoop. You don't want to hurt yourself.

The concept of hula hooping is not that great for exercising. using a weighted hula hoop is just going to make it hard for u to keep going around your waist. No just use regular one

Anything where adding resistance to a workout will always yield better results. Be sure to work up to a resistance where your body is comfortable. Just because you can do something a few times at a heavy weight doesn't make it great. Multiple reps are key.
