Should I be concerned about tetramethin sprayed on my dog?

Yes. This stuff causes odd physical sensations including irritation, sensitivity to sound and touch, nausea, excess salivation. Get it off - wash the pet with plenty of water, then use soap and water. If pet has licked self (they always do), then give him charcoal pills to absorb toxins. Do call your vet; they may want to see you!

The amount of Tetramethrin used in such sprays is virtually non toxic (for dogs and humans). The toxicity for insects is about 1. 000 - 10. 000 times higher.

because its a three powerful fast-active ingredients and its safe to use indoors and outdoors even to use. I wouldn't be to worried. Just don't spray him directly.

As long as it wasn't sprayed on heavily, there should be no concern. As with anything, too large of a dose could be bad, but tetramethrin is used in some long-lasting flea products. If you do see lethargy, drooling or excessive heavy panting, contact your veterinarian.
