The model number is Lbt-D560.

It could be the wires could be worn or the wires could be misaligned move the wires around and then try to see if the speakers work correctly.

The cable which is very think is very likely to be damaged. This happens after a long time of carrying the device around with you, exposing it to hot temperatures and cold temperatures.
