I would recommend a vet visit, as she will most likely need antibiotics. If this is not an option, keep the area clean and bathe at least twice a day with saline. Will she let you clip the fur from the area? this will also help in the healing process.

You need to get her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It may not require extensive treatment, but it must be addressed quickly, as these wounds can become infected very easily. If your cat gets an infection, it could require much more major treatment or even die. If it is treated early, you may be able to prevent this.

Take her to the vet! Ruptured anal glands are very painful and often require copious cleaning and flushing. Your cat should also go on antibiotics to prevent an abscess.

You should take your cat to the vet. There, she will get the proper care that she needs as well as the vet can prescribe her medicine for her at home care. I hope that your felines recovers well after this, and I am sorry to hear of your misfortune.
