Most likely your system is low on freon. They sell kits to repair this yourself at your local hardware store.

The first thing you should do is check to see if your air conditioner is fully charged. Once you know if it is fully charged, then you can trouble shoot better. If the air conditioner is not fully charged then get it charged first, and then it may start blowing out cold air.

If it's a wall/window mounted A/C, the coils either may be blocked with ice or the fan motor may be going out. Make sure the vents are open as well.

If your A/C is not blowing enough air, make sure that your filter is clean and check your vents to ensure that they are free of debris.

First, check that the vents are clean and that they're fully open. If so, then remove the filter and check that this, too, is clean. You can also try buying a replacement filter.

The first thing that you need to do is check to see if the air filter is plugged with dirt if so clean it the next thing to check is to see if the cooling coil is plugged if so clean it.

You can try to clean the fan and regularly clean the dust of the AC. Other wise you can look into the manual to see it is assembled correctly. If that does not work you can call the company and ask for further assistance regarding your problem, they will help.
