Is Zone Pilates good for you, or is it just a fad?

I'm tired of learning how to do things only to find out they're detrimental to your health.

Zone Pilates has been around long enough that it is past the fad phase. It is proven to really tone your body and make you more flexible. The changes will be subtle at first, but in time you'll notice a tightness in your arms, legs, abs, and buttocks that was not there before.

This excellent exercise has been around many years. One of the best benefits is the fact that you not only burn calories while doing Pilates, but your body continues burning calories unlike most exercises which burn the calories immediately. Zoining areas of your body is a proven success. Don't overdo!
