yes the sanatorium is haunted. visited most recently by SyFy's Ghost Hunter's team, theyve captured many anomolies on film as well as with personal experiences.

By what i have been able to find it seems very haunted and there is no proof there is a famous ghost only rumors of ghost hunters. No images of a famous person or proof has been found

With over 8,000 deaths at the sanatorium due to tuberculosis, it is believed to be haunted. There are lots of stories about the hospital, it's staff and patients. But no specific stories of famous ghosts or people, at least not anyone famous in the sense that they were well-known to the rest of the world.
