There is a type of black, sort of like a midnight black/blue color, which has a blue tint to it. You can buy this color hair dye, and dye your hair black. Make sure it is this specific black, with the blue tint, or your hair will just be plain black, without the blue.

Yes you can. First you have to bleach your hair blond. The color won't hold to natural blond hair and if hair isn't blond your hair will turn green! It's best to get a professional to do the bleach and dye because hair can be easily damaged doing this.
