Get a bleaching kit such as the Born Blond series. They are designed to completely remove all pigment from your hair, and having used it myself, I can safely state that even if you dye your hair black, all it takes is 2 applications at most, to get your hair completely white. Lighter colors can be done in one application.

You can dye your hair white using an at home solution. But if you want it done really well and have darker hair to begin with you might consider seeing a colorist to get the job done right. They have the proper solutions to get it truly all one color.
