You can usually find these kinds of things on eBay, and they're usually for a pretty cheap price. Some companies will tell you where they still have discontinued stock, too.

Yes their are many outlets where makeup is discounted.Most probably keune,madley,swiss etc outlets are availabel.They not only gives you discount but also guides you alot about their products and also give their sampels.Revlon and nivea are also very special in this field.You can purchase products at discount from their outlet.
