Because the jobs change daily, there is no book that lists them. There is, however, a Writer's Market, which is published annually. It lists various markets (magazines, publishers) for submissions of articles, essays, etc. Freelance jobs are listed through a variety of online sites and in local classiged "jobs available" advertisements.

Writer's Market lists places to publish and find work all over the country, and some international if you're interested in that. It has contests, different market's for different genres and types of work, and multiple books are published every year for your specialization. There is even an online account you can purchase with the books.
