At the present time there is no known proven cure for rheumatoid arthritis, but it can be very effectively managed and controlled with anti inflammatory medications. Because it is a chronic autoimmune disease the treatment focuses on suppressing the abnormal immune response of your body that causes the joint problems.

My mother suffered from Lupus and had a bad case of rheumatoid arthritis to the point her fingers would lock and wouldn't move for long periods of time. I was told by a herbalist of a product called Nopalea Cactus Juice. It relieves the pain int he fingers & cuts down on the inflammation of joints.

There is no cure. Many treatments are available to control pain and to help prevent joint destruction. Exercise is also good.

No, there is no cure. All current therapies are centered around treating the symptoms such as pain and swelling as opposed to actually curing the disease. This is true of all autoimmune disorders.
