Will honey help with arthritis?

I was told to eat honey to help my arthritis.

Honey is high in anti-inflammatory compounds so it is believed to aid arthritis s/x. Be sure it is pure honey, not mixed with corn syrup. Olive oil, Fish, nuts GREAT.

Yes, for many people it does help with this problem. If you mix a spoonful of it with cinnamon, it can really help. You can eat it plain or you can mix it in yogurt, oatmeal or cereal, or even hot tea. A strong dose is reccommeded for maximum benefits.

Honey will not help in arthritis. Infact honey is good for some other conditions. The treatment for arthritis is keeping hot packs on the joints, doing strengthening exercises, free exercises

One who has arthritis can take honey daily with one spoon water and one spoon honey it will help you but make sure the hone is pure.
