Is there a cure for keratosis pilaris?

It's a skin disorder.

There is no cure for Keratosis Pilaris, but there are ways to help it be less noticeable. Exfoliating the problem areas, taking vitamin A capsules and using alpha hydroxy acids will help to keep the disorder at bay. Also using moisturizer will help to soften the skin.

Currently there is no known cure for keratosis pilaris, a hereditary condition that varies in severity amongst sufferers. However, it is treateable, most commonly with moisturizing creams.

No, but you can manage it. I use a loofa in the shower and afterwards, put on a lotion with alpha hydroxy. Sun helps, too.
