Is there a better way to remove tampons than strings?

Tampons are made with strings for a reason. The strings are made to pull out the tampon therefore you shouldn't really have much of a concern of the string breaking. It should come out fairly easily.

I have never heard of a tampon string breaking. If one is comfortable with it, there is always removing the tampon with your fingers.
