Is the chicken egg white or the yoke healthier for you?

The whites are much healthier than the yolks. Both contian a lot of protien and vitamins, but the yolks are also very high in cholesterol. By just eating the whites, you can get all of the benefits but avoid the cholesterol found in the yolks.

chicken egg yoke is healthier as it contains more of protiens,fat and also have various vitamin's E. It also has calcium, copper, zinc and riboflavin, which is good for health.

The white is healthier for you. The yoke is nothing but pure cholesterol and some protein. The egg as a whole made in certain ways are good for you, but focus more on the whites.

The whites are fewer in calories and fat. But the yolk contains all the nutrients and protein. Eating the whole egg is fine.

The egg white has the protien content while the yoke is rich in fat and cholestrol. If fighting cholestrol stay with whites. but for normal person take egg in whole.
