generally, pregnancy is one of several possible Medicaid-eligibility-requirements.
"Pregnancy" can be a pre-existing condition which is COVERED by Medicaid;
pre-existing conditions like pregnancy are EXCLUDED from most other health-coverage/insurance plans.
