While 'Outrageous' shampoo, by Revlon, is intended for adult hair care it can be used on children over 12. You may consider Revlon's 'Care For Kids' line of hair care instead. Remember, even if it's not toxic or eye irritating, kids hair need less harsh chemicals to stay healthy.

I feel that "Outrageous" shampoo is meant for children because young children are always playing outside which means their hair will be dirty.
